The room size for 4 people is great but the cleanliness it's not really good. The house-keeping did not prepare our room everyday also they didn’t change the towel while doing housekeeping. The water pressure was very bad as we were at the ground floor. But overall superb location! great place for a holiday by the beach.

your counter service very poor and not friendly. I call early for my request but she not accept my request. she just said, I have to come 1st and depend on availability. why she can't make a reserve for my request because the time I call the room I was fully payed the bill for that accommodation? then when I arrive for check in, she said the room I request not available. that why I call 1st for reserve my room request. so I hope your hotel can improve the counter service attitude issues and can accept the costumer request next time.
