Apartment in Kedah

I am visiting the hotel for many times. The facilities are basic but OK. You will get 3 in 1 soap, water can get from dispenser, etc. Rooms are old but clean and maintained. Staff are friendly. Location is good. Swimming pool is heaven for kids.

Its good. But I got a room that toilet door cannot close. Its a little bit uncomfortable because I sharing with my friend, but overall its OK.

The view was awesome (as you can see my photo attach).. the room just nice, clean and tidy.. I’m enjoyed my stay and definitely will repeat again..

Room smelt like cigarettes smoke upon arrival. Shower not warm enough although you turned it to the max. Water drainage is not efficient in clearing the water upon showering. Faulty hair dryer. Might not be coming back to this hotel.

The room looks OK but poor a bit about cleanliness and their service is not so good because they are not inform customer if their place and surrounding have a water problem and we need to get the water by ourself.

Clean room. Hotel staff were friendly. Nearby shopping mall so getting food is easy.

1. Toilet is not well-maintained and quite smelly. 2. The reception also had wrongly assigned my room to other guests. When I was sleeping, I heard someone was trying to open the door and keep pushing the door. I woke up and opened the door, and then I saw a couple was trying to enter the same room as mine as they were given the same room number. 3. My room key card was not working. I have to find their staff to enter my room because I was denied entry.
