Love the bed! Very comfortable! And the location eventho not on the city centre (5 minutes away) but you can always use uber/grab. easy access. Lots of food stalls & restaurant around the area. Opposite to tesco. Overall Iā€™m very satisfied!

fast check in. was told by the receptionist the swimming pool unable to be used upon arrival. no worries to get food as there are a lot of hawker stall nearby. lotus's hypermarket just opposite of the hotel which a walking distance.

Good service, clean and tidy rooms and always smell good. I come from Indonesia, they still respond well and are friendly. The location is also strategic and close to shops.

Easy check-in process. I was given a room without chain lock & towel hook and the carpet was very dusty, then asked for a room change. The 2nd room is much better. Bathroom is slightly moldy at the corners, otherwise everything was good. Breakfast taste good.

Room smelt like cigarettes smoke upon arrival. Shower not warm enough although you turned it to the max. Water drainage is not efficient in clearing the water upon showering. Faulty hair dryer. Might not be coming back to this hotel.
