The staff took us too long to check in. They asked us to wait at the cafe and promise to send the room key asap but end up they forgot. They supposed to be more efficient at their work and don't let people wait for too long. Overall, they provide good service. The view was so magnetizing, million dollar view I can say. Will definitely come again.
The environment is great, we love it. but the cleanliness of the house need to improve (especially the sandy floor) and we all got skin infection (red spots on the whole body), so please improve hygienics of the whole house (bed, bedsheets, floor). Thanks.
It was a nice and comfy stay, no nearby food places though
The beach is beautiful, room is clean, comfortable, anything is ok, only the room is no wifi.
First impression on the room is: wow...so big yet clean, facing the sea view!! Enjoyed so much. Will recommend family and friends. Definitely will come again.
Breakfast area was infested with flies and there were even flies in our porridge! Service staff was nonchalant about the situation. Kitchen had a miscomm about our breakfast order even though there were only me and my Wife at the cafe... Rather sloppy service at the resort cafe (there's only 2).
Nice n beautiful place, rooms are tasty, friendly staff.
It's big, clean and have a beautiful view ..

secluded and relaxing
This resort was lovely. We stayed in a beach front pool villa, right on the water, with our own private pool and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It appears that this villa was once very luxurious, but the property has not been maintained, and in some areas is looking quite worn. None of the outdoor lighting worked at the front of the villa, the kitchen equipment was very sparse, no hot water in the kitchen, and the lovely little courtyard leading off the master ensuite has definitely seen better days. However, these things did not bother us at all, as we had space, comfort and amazing views of the water and sunsets. Check in was rather interesting, we were politely told all the rules, what we must not do, how much the rather high holding deposit on my credit card would be, and that if we lost our room key we would be charged $100 Australian!!!! That is a lot of money for one little key! And what they didn't tell us was that the cafe provides a good selection of malaysian and western food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it can all be delivered to your room. The only advertising we had seen was for breakfast only, so be aware, you won't go hungry here. These are small negatives, because the staff in general were all very helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Yes, it is a long way from everything, but the free shuttle bus operates 24 hours to take you to the Nexus resort a few minutes up the road where they have plenty of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed cocktails at the beach bar while watching sunsets, a buffet dinner and show, and then headed up to the lounge bar for live music and dancing. and when we were done, the hotel called our shuttle bus and off we went back to our lovely villa. I recommend this hotel to people who are not fussy about rust stains on the shower door, and who want some extra space to really relax in.

Home away from home
Beautiful place to visit for relaxing your mind from the hustle and bustle of city😬the staff is all super nice and friendly, keep up the good job guys!do ask if you need any help, they will be more than happy to assist you❤️before planning your visit do check out the weather in advance because it is a bit waste if you are visiting on rainy season. Borneo Bliss
What a fantastic place to stay, we chose this as the start to our holiday in Borneo, to relax and prepare for going inland to mountains, rain forrest and trekking. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped cool and gave an amazing view of the beach and sea. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and a drench shower with steam room and double sinks. TV’s in the lounge area and bedroom, although they don’t work when it’s raining due to atmospheric conditions, who would want to watch tv anyway with the views on your balcony! Fully equipped kitchen, with all mod cons, but we are out at the cafe on site anyway. Radio the waiter was exceptional in service as were all the team, the chefs, led by Najib were excellent also and always asked what they could do better to please the guests, in short, NOTHING! The food was tasty and beautifully presented and breakfast was an array of Asian/Malaysian delicious delights. With fruit bread also available for toasting and fresh fruits and juices as well as an array of cakes and pastries. In summary, we can’t praise this place enough. Wonderful, thankyou everyone at Beach Villas Borneo👍🤗 Richard and Katie

Sunset and sunrise
Stayed at villa no 175...Not much of a complaint except for the folllowing...villa has no wifi, no telephone, swimming pool pump not working and some kitchen hardware not working. Besides the above mentioned, no other flaws and let the pictures do the talking. One of the best resort for sunset and sunrise view.
