- Romantic Vacation
The only thing about this resort is that there are no air conditioning, but then again the weather at night is cooling but prefer if there would be air conditioning, as each room has balconies and guests are allow to smoke at balconies. Then the smell of the smoke comes into the room and it is noisy when cars/trucks passes by. Maybe a swimming pool would be amazing as well. All else, its pretty and comfortable.

The room is a bit old, the little table at the balcony should be change to a new one instead of glueing back together. Overall, I'm satisfy with their service.

Excellant stay
We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. the hotel is definately boutique and is of colonial style we had a deluxe room which was spacious and had a balcony over looking the golf course. It was kept clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy and we slept well we did not hear the noise from the road. We had a meal at the steamboat which was a novelty and enjoyed our lovely food. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was cooked to our satisfaction we felt the prices were fair. Breakfast was buffet style with further choices off a menu with food freshly prepared. All the staff were friendly and obviously enjoying their work. We would like to thank all the staff for our lovely stay and would definately return and recommend to others.

Delighful Resort
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was our first visit to Cameron Highlands. The old charm, the excellent accommodation and amenities coupled with the welcoming and pleasant service staff made our stay a very memorable one. Nothing was ever too difficult. We will certainly make the resort our stay of choice the next time we are up in Cameron Highlands. Poh Sim Melbourne

Colonial style weekend gateway from KL
We just returned after staying here for 2 nights and the entire stay was so awesome we are sure to re-visit it in the next opportunity. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was perfect for family like us with kids. The room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. The ambience of the lounge had an auro of colonial time which makes the high-tea experience very relaxing. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Since it was heavily raining most of the time we ended up having all the meals in their dining room and the food was always great though bit pricey.

Loved it
We loved our stay here. The deluxe room was very nice with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course. The hotel with its 56 rooms is colonial and boutique with a high level of personal service. There are lots of amenity spaces and an excellent spa. There are two restaurants and both served very good food. The traffic noise wasn't a problem when we stayed (mid week) and we had a good nights sleep.

Nice stay but room for improvement
We stayed at this hotel for one night during our visit to Cameron Highlands. After check-in we had the afternoon tea, which was pretty good (especially for the price of 110 RM for two people). The service was excellent, we were just a bit disappointed that the tea pot was prepared with tea bags. Our room was very nice and elegantly furnished, however there were at least 5 dead bugs on the bedroom and bathroom floors, the linens had a good number of stains on them, and the curtains needed to be replaced or cleaned. During the night it was a bit difficult to sleep. As many reviewers mentioned the hotel is located on a busy highway where many roaring cars, trucks and scooters can be heard. The walls of the hotel are quite thin and unfortunately we had a neighbor that was playing loud techno music until 4AM. We had the steamboat dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very good. The staff provided excellent service again. The breakfast was decent with a very small buffet of a few Asian dishes, fruit, cereal, yogurt, bread and then a menu was provided to order various egg dishes. The staff provided great service again but the tables were quite a mess with stained linens. Overall a nice stay but not a 5-star experience.
