Hotel is situated nearby many eateries. Heart of puchong. Rooms was very clean and tidy. Well maintained. Spacious. Bathroom was well maintained too. Breakfast was nice but very limited choice. Frontdesk was polite and friendly. Overall recommendedđź‘Ť

Hilton Garden Inn Puchong
Room is OK. Choosing the lake view for about a week stay. However, the scenary of lake view was jeopardize by the construction site beside this hotel. Breakfast can be improved as per same menu everyday.

Best View Hotel Puchong
Room smells like cigarette smoke & feel stuffy. My child keep sneezing because of it. Clogged sink in the bathroom & they forgot to prepare the towels:(the staff was friendly though.

Sun Inns Hotel Bandar Puchong Utama
1) Check-in time wrongly stated as 8am, it should be 2pm. 2) Pillows and bedsheets are stained and not clean. 3) Wi-Fi never works, unable to even connect to router > 10 tries. 4) Water pressure is low or shower head clogged. 5) Fan makes a lot of noise at high speeds. 6) Air-conditioner looks dusty but operating fine. 7) TV channels are limited, most channels are empty, available channels are blurry. Staff was kind enough to allow me to use the showers due to the miscommunication and mishap between online agent and hotel regarding the incorrect 8am check-in time. However, special requests are not being looked into and addressed as I requested for check-in time to be 7am and no responses heard back, else this mistake would not have raised until check-in date comes. Unable to get an online cancellation refund since 7am because of the incorrect check-in time of 8am instead of 2pm.
