Love everything about this apartment/hotel whatsoever. My room is superb. Larger than other hotel that I visited (which more expensive than this). Very cosy and everything work well. Swimming is consider medium size but still happy to venture inside the pool with my kids. Hoteliers are very friendly and kind enough. Maybe I book online using direct credit card payment thus they don't collect any deposit. Which is good to because that time I didn't have cash on hand. The parking, as mention by others, very narrow roadway so please be careful and must turn on front side sensor so that you don't bump into walls. Hahaha free parking (1 suite for 1 vehicle). But parking can be paid RM10 per entry (cheap okay!). I don't favor to have view suite so we got level 9 thus the view is another building beside us. I don't have any regret

Regular to this apartment. Will only stay here each time visit in Kuala Lumpur. Location superb stones away to KLCC. Mcdonalds across the road. Convenience store just next to building and mamak food stalls. All staff are friendly and accommodating. Strongly encourage to check in here. You won't regret

The suite was spacious, clean and almost all the necessary utilities are available in the room and the hotel staff was so generous to let us check in early.

Spacious room more than expected we take Princess Suite Room and warm receptionist also staff that always open the main door when we need to pass it. Near with many place just walk to Petronas Tower, Kuala Lumpur tower. Will be stay there again next time

We stayed at the empress suite, with 3 rooms. Very spacious, comfortable stay. I think it 's worth the price. Free parking, and very close to KLCC, walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Bintang as well.
