Love everything about this apartment/hotel whatsoever. My room is superb. Larger than other hotel that I visited (which more expensive than this). Very cosy and everything work well. Swimming is consider medium size but still happy to venture inside the pool with my kids. Hoteliers are very friendly and kind enough. Maybe I book online using direct credit card payment thus they don't collect any deposit. Which is good to because that time I didn't have cash on hand. The parking, as mention by others, very narrow roadway so please be careful and must turn on front side sensor so that you don't bump into walls. Hahaha free parking (1 suite for 1 vehicle). But parking can be paid RM10 per entry (cheap okay!). I don't favor to have view suite so we got level 9 thus the view is another building beside us. I don't have any regret

We stayed at the empress suite, with 3 rooms. Very spacious, comfortable stay. I think it 's worth the price. Free parking, and very close to KLCC, walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Bintang as well.

Clean room, near to mcdonald and convinience store, walking distance to klcc. The parking is a bit tricky because of the small spaces but sufficient. Overall, had a great stay and will be my all time favourite hotel.
