Exceptional Customer Service and hospitality.
Staff so freindly, helpful and hospitable. Standards and cleanlinesd in hotel impeccable. Breakfast and food excellent. All staff went out of their way to make sure me and my wife had an excellent stay. I was sad when it was time to fly home. I will definatley stay at Eastin again and have been telling all family and freinds about their earth and hospitality.

Average hotel. Room service food was terrible. Check in experience bad. Water heater wasn't functioning properly. The only thing i like about was the fresh bedsheets. Overall it looks like a 3 star hotel.

Basic rooms but clean and friendly...
Stayed for a week on business. The hotel is advertised as 4 star and I'd say it just about gets away with that. Check in was pretty efficient and friendly - no issues here. I believe the hotel was undergoing a refurbishment at the time of my stay as a colleague was in an older style room which he said reminded him of an institution (a depressing array of greys and beige, ageing perfunctory furniture). Mine was the newer style which was a mix of brightly coloured carpet against maple/ash/magnolia fittings/wall colours. The room itself was big enough with plenty of space for clothes and a desk to work at. TV was reasonably modern but channels pretty poor for a U.K. guest (although to be expected). A/C in the room a little noisy and struggled to get down to a temperature I'd say is cool... but neither of these things were a major issue and didn't stop me sleeping. I didn't have any issues with noise generally. The bed was quite hard and was the biggest barrier to good quality sleep - but this may be a personal preference. The room was always very clean. Breakfast was pretty extensive - I didn't sample everything on offer and stuck more to breads, pastries, cereal all of which are fine. The breakfast area always seemed busy so it can't have been that bad.

Please review your reception process flow and guidelines. Make your customer feel important. Proper explanation and attentiveness is the key for any business. I was quite disappointed during the very first experience in the reception counter.

good for renovated room, location & service. hotel room can be quite noisy because renovation are on going. i stayed renovated and non-renovated room, non-renovated room are not in very good condition and noisy, due to room besides have renovation work. renovated room, clean and clear, less annoying.
