Nice Hotel. Overall it meet family travelling requirement & expectation.
- Family vacation
I booked for family room but get upgraded to executive room. The room was great and comfortable. The breakfast spread was ok, I like the mashed potato and kek sarang semut. We used the hotel shuttle service to go to the airport. On time and very accommodating. Great job!
- Shopping & Culinary
The hotel is nice. The location is quite close to the circuit and calm enough for you who doesn't really like the noise :) The employee are kind and helpful.
- Family vacation
Car park are limited because they also take outsiders car to park at their car park. For us as a guest if no parking need to park outside hotel area (near to shop lot and must have ticket if not MPS will fine) so hotel management need to concern about guest first not outsiders if not for what we stay in hotel if car park was full with outsider car than your own costumers car? Second thing is no wifi. Today they had problem about wifi and no action about it. It's so frustrating.
- Family vacation
The door for the room I stayed was very difficult to open. It took almost 2 minutes for me to open it.
- Business travel
The room space was okay. But the carpet not in good condition. Hot water for the sink not function. TV very small. Others quite okay. Need to improve.
- Family vacation
The room is comfortable, but that some problems with the swimming pool because my two kids got skin rashes and all the children swimming there also have same prob. However i couldn't identify unknown virus.
Good. Easy to access and near to airport. Easy to navigate klia after short period.
- Business travel
I am not satisfied because of the room is not comfortable. It is because the aircond in our room cannot adjust.Room feel very hot. Once I called the hotel reception, they will ask the technician to check. Suddenly the technician also coming and only checking. After that, they said will check outside. We wait and wait and wait until when we wake up, its morning already..condition of aircond still not good..Please do something because it is not only me..almost all my friend stay at empress sepang hotel feels not satisfied. Hope the management of the hotel can do something to improve their hotel quality of service.
