Other than that, there is an option to take the KLIA Express train from KL Sentral in the middle of Kuala Lumpur to reach the airport and get a cab to reach the hotel. The prices for a Superior room are RM 126 a night, without breakfast and with breakfast; it is RM 173 a night. A Deluxe room in Empress Hotel comes at RM 267 a night, with a room size of 30 sqm. This room also comes with a choice of a double bed or two single beds. A Family Room in the Empress Hotel which is RM 200 a night, has a comfortable 30.7 sqm-sized room. This type of room comes with two beds; a double bed and a single bed, thus making it a good choice for a family to stay there, comfortably. The Family Room comes with complimentary breakfast service. The biggest room in the hotel is the Executive Twin room that is 40.9 sqm and it can fit two double beds comfortably. It comes with a price tag of RM 318 a night.
Apart from the great rooms, the hotel also has a 24-hour coffee house that is open to their customers. It is a good place to meet up with people, have a chat or maybe, simply enjoying the meal and coffee. For those who are looking for something more on the stronger side, there is also a bar lounge with numbers of alcoholic drinks available. As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia.
