I immediately texted the owner in panic, but a week has passed and I still have not received a reply. I had to find another way, which was I made calls to him but there was no solution to my problem from him. At that time, I felt that the service and staff here were very bad. - However, because I have booked a room, my friend and I still go to this motel. We arrived at 7 A.M. The motel didn't have a front desk and locked the doors so we couldn't go inside. So we called the boss and he said something we didn't understand and hung up. We had to stand in the street for an hour and half brother. My feelings at that time were extremely bad and bewildered. At 8.30 A.M., the boss arrived. When we met face-to-face, we realized that he was not fluent in English, so a series of bad actions above were just due to language differences between the two sides. So I can be a little more sympathetic. However, I still admit that the management of the motel is very bad. - He took us to a nearby restaurant to wait because a different person who can understand English had not arrived. This restaurant and motel are both owned by him, folks. Because we arrived too early compared to the checkin time (2 P.M), he gave us 2 options: leave our luggage at the restaurant and go out until checkin time, then come back later; or sit there waiting for the other manager to arrive. Because we are not sure about the safety of the luggage storage option, we choose to wait. An hour later the manager came. However, he couldn't check in for us right away because he was still busy helping the restaurant because the restaurant was crowded at that time and I just arrived too early compared to the checkin time so I didn't get priority. serve. After three and a half hours, we finally entered the room at 10:30 A.M. My booking problem was also resolved by the manager when he agreed to my room for 2 people even though I only booked a room for 1 person. Oke said after all, the motel supports early check-in everyone, but the earliest is around 10:30 A.M. + Cheap motel so the room did not provide drinking water, so we had to buy it ourselves. But the problem is, we were too busy playing and didn't remember until 10 P.M to go buy water, and couldn't because the restaurant in Penang closed early at 10 P.M. Feeling disappointed about the motel, we met an employee at the restaurant I mentioned above. He recognized us and took the initiative to talk. After knowing our problem, he gave us a free large bottle of water. I was embarrassed so I was about to decline, but he cleverly said that he was also very sorry for keeping us waiting this morning and just accept this gift. It can be seen that the owner was very generous to support us in booking a room for 1 person but staying for 2 people. + Checkout time is 12 P.M., but we still haven't got to the flight time, so we decided to spend the afternoon hanging out. When the boss knew about it, he offered us to leave our luggage for free here and then go out with peace of mind. Because we had contact and had sympathy with him, we agreed.
