the staff is fine. the wifi facilities are not prioritized .. it has been reported that the wifi is not working .. but no action has been taken by the staff.

Hotel service is not satisfactory ☹️ staff is not friendly. The kettle was damaged and did not function, but the staff said no. Hope the hotel provides a mirror for decorating, it's hard to get ready for the mirror in the toilet. There are a handful of bath soaps in the toilet.
