I'm quiet disappointed when I entered the hotel room, I would say almost all facilities like towels, sandal, laundry bag are not well prepared ready for use. Example only one towel ,No sandal , no extra pillow . The food during breakfast are far less variety than before during different management. The staff less respect seems no wish they just stood still like doing nothing. The food tastes also not nice and less choice only a few dishes compared to previous owner of the property. Staff are insufficient training in this services line. suggest they should take refresher course. Hopefully they can upgrade their services in future.

I was chosen hotel because it is close to my friend's apartment. This is my first visit to Melaka city. My breakfast is not comfortable with no hot coffee and almost foods are cold.

Stayed there for raya overnight. All process went well and smooth. Bed and pillow so comfort. I'm so fussy about clealiness tho. This hotel is clean. Pool is clean. But I think bathroom wall need to scrub 😄.

overall is ok location & services.But only down breakfast taste not up to 4star standard.Room make up floor carpet not vacum also i suggest floor mat near toilet area.

We are booked 3 rooms for all my family. Menu is not satisfying especially breakfast session. Services most unlike for asking to join check room while my child comb lost in his previous room.

I was chosen hotel because it is close to my friend's apartment. This is my first visit to Melaka city. My breakfast is not comfortable with no hot coffee and almost foods are cold.

Stayed there for raya overnight. All process went well and smooth. Bed and pillow so comfort. I'm so fussy about clealiness tho. This hotel is clean. Pool is clean. But I think bathroom wall need to scrub 😄.
