Was here for a night, service was good requested for extra towel and another time requested for hair dryer, both request were handled in a fast manner. Spoken to one of the reception, and she was quite helpful in advising us on ways to go to Penang Mainland.

No more room cleaning up if you missed the cleaning time. The cleaning staff didn't come back to clean up the room even though the guest already passed the message to the receptionist to clean up.

Reception in the afternoon she is good service, I arrive 1.00pm. She allowed check-in But evening another reception (men) he does't help me when I have a problem there. Bathroom curtain dirty for me and in the room not enough plug (have 1 spot) location is good near street food easy to find about food mini mart etc.

I booked 2 rooms on my arrival night. If I got the keys, mean that my room is ready. When open 1 room is terrible (not tidy up) Phone doesn't work to receptionist. Do not disturb means do not disturb, or mean no need to tidy up room. One of my room I didn't put tag. Usually every hotel, automaticaly clean the room when the time to clean. They blame me you don't put a tag to tidy up. How do I know. I'm your loyal customer. Before pandemic always stay there. Now I came back with very disappoinment service. I tought after border open, every getting better or same like before. But infact is worst. Too bad. Your front office didn't give me a feedback or else. Unless you guys blame me.

Late check in due to room not ready that time already after 5pm, After that once we entered the room the floor was not sweep properly not clean. I have breakfast in my package but we were not being asked our choice from any menu, everything were just given in random. Sorry tat early morning I need to eat nasi rendang and not suitable for me, Room spacious and has very limited parking. Not that really walking distance to any attractions nearby. You can find better room choice at nearby area at similar price.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
General Check-in Instructions
All rooms are strictly Non-Smoking room. Alternatively, guests can choose to smoke at public area (outdoor). Please note that penalty (minimum MYR100) will be charged to guest who failed to adhere hotel's Non-Smoking Policy. Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein. With effect from 01 September 2017, with reference to the Law of Malaysia Act 791, Tourism Act 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Resident of Malaysia, are committed to a Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room night of stay as determined and imposed by the Malaysian Government, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in. This is to be applied in-addition to existing fees/taxes levied and the existing local tourism fee in Penang.
