This hotel staff are not helpful & friendly, room floor are disarray and dusty, door Lock for washroom not good. No any toiletries items.

Do not have kettle, cannot boil coffee, do not have hairdryer, toothbrush, toothpaste. Need to apply for the kettle.

Hotel room was terrible and not as expected conditions. After checked in am noticed there is no towel and drinking water in the room and some lighting points not working. later discovered more problem like air conditioning system not cooling and tv set completely useless. At bathroom soup dispenser not working at all so they put separate ugly bottle to claim the soup from there. when walking inside the room the entire floor tiles making noise because it's not anymore bounded to cement. I'm really regretting that staying this poor hotel. Before sleeping just wanted to lock the door but unfortunately that part also damaged omg.

The double king deluxe room was very spacious for my family of six people which include two kids. The room was clean and service was ok. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel room was okay but since its near to traffic lights the sound from accelerating vehicles were loud. Though its not the hotel fault, there was religious raid by Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan at 1 am ish so definitely disturb my sleep.

Spacious room. Great Location. Near eateries. Lots of Parking. Cons: No Fridge & Kettle in room. Limited Tv channel Only for room 214: Room 214 has no view (windows are blocked totally by Ad banner). Noisy because got birds nested at our windows because its cover by banner

Air conditioner is not working well. Room provided is bad because the room is attached with utility room and lot of wires here and there. Not nice to see. The room smell old without any room freshener.
