Tidak bisa cek in, resepsionis tidak mengerti aplikasi traveloka, saya disuruh cek in ulang melalui aplikasi lain. Walaupun sudah menunujukkan bukti voucher dan bukti bayar. Mana kita sampainya malam pd tgl 20, tengah malam kita harus cari hotel lain. Benar benar pelayanan yang buruk dari hotel tersebut.

Tidak bisa cek in walaupun sudah memberikan voucer yang diterbitkan traveloka dan bukti bayar ke resepsionis. Mereka tidak menerima dari Traveloka alasan yang diberikan kepada kami. 2 malam voucher hotel kami tidak dapet digunakan di hotel ini. Benar benar bikin senewen, tengah malam harus cari hotel lain. Pengalaman yang sangat buruk, benar benar mengecewakan.
