bathroom was filthy and broken. no hot shower. Bed was dirty and itchy. kettle smells. had the most unpleasant sleep. internet also not working.

The worst hotel room ever. Surprisingly there's almost 15 holes on the wall. Dirty wall, dusty, bad smell, pillow case n bed sheet needs replacement. Bathroom. Dirty. No shower gel/shampoo and hand towels provided. Shower screen need to be cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was horrible too. We turned up at 08:50 and there's no food around. They won't even bother to to clean the tables n there's no fresh milk for cereals. I made a stupid mistake by choosing this hotel. Overall, such a bad experience. Will never recommend to anyone. You'll regret your stay. Trust me.

I am unsatisfied on staying Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka. Here are the few reasons why. it is stated on my e booking that I will be able to check in on 2pm but they delayed it due to some unknown reason and by the time I got my room is at 2.30pm and I reached earlier then other customer but they get their room prior then me. the room we stayed for the night was room “716”. First of all, the telephone room doesn’t work, the heater in the toilet doesn’t work as well. The water pressure in the bathtub was small. I have to go back down and talk with the customer service for the repair. They told me that a mechanic be there in 5 minutes and I waited for 20 minutes max and went back down to ask again for the mechanic and they told me his on his way to the room. After that, the mechanic came and the only thing they manage to fix was the heater in the toilet while other he said will come later to fix but till the check out day, he hasn’t come yet. Deeply disappointed. the customer service counter are unprofessional train while handling situation. They let us down badly, handling the check in part was frustration and knowing we’re at the counter but never give an interaction for us to ask “may I help you” those kind of question.

We was given back view instead of front view as they claim full house. As a former DM, when a guest had mentioned in reservation request + via OTP (before check in time), F.O should granted and make it priorities not giving excuses.
Luckily, I got my room upgraded to executive room, thanks very much

Stay 3 days, house keeping didn’t vacuum carpet, previous traveler ate peanuts dropped on floor, don’t bother and clean! Bath towel is old, yellowing some have some stains.
