Poor services...lack of basic amenities...toilet was dirty.
- Medical Travel
Never pick up call, aircon leaking water whole night, specific hours not providing electricity did not make prior inform, no fridge, dirty toilet, too many mosquitoes, breakfast limited choice, not providing drinking water, overall too much to be improved, no maintenance, wasted such a nice location and view.
- Family vacation
I am very particular with the toilet whenever I'm go for travel. No electric supply after 8 AM - 12 noon and after 4 PM - 7 PM. I'm travel with a baby and we were not always stay at the beach. Need to stay in hotel whenever baby is sleepy and without air cond and even no fan! They are using generator to supply electricity. Bad experience for me.
- Family vacation
The room maintenance is not good. Dinner meal is not well prepared.

Boring and not worth of money
Suppose to stay there for 3d2n. However I ended up to stay only 1 night as they only give 2x of snorkeling for fullboard. Not much of other activity you can do except just to chill and relax. The only activities they offer are snorkeling, kayaking, round island, jungle trekking and scuba diving. There's no shop for you to buy snacks. It is advisable to bring extra food if you are a person who like to munch. Food served was ok Room was ok. Comfortable. There's no proper itinerary given during check in or by travel agency as I booked thru travel agency. We need to check and ask what is the time for snorkeling which is for me during check in all those info should been given at the 1st place. If you are planning to visit Kapas Island, I would suggest to go for day trip.

A Good resort!!
I have been there for 3 days 2 night last weekend with 15 members of family. The meal was so great and enough for all the guest over there, which they set up the food by buffet style. In the night have a live band and fire show. The environment overall clean, cool and calm. The only problem in these place was the toilet. The toilet was fully of sand and rust from the sea water, i hope the management can take further action to solve the problem of the toilet rust. I suggest to management to build street walker among chalet to chalet to less the sand get into the room and not forget to build a water tap in front of each chalet. Overall about this resort that i can give is 4 Star!!

Lovely island, obliging staff, horrid fellow guests, super lime-scaled bathroom
Stayed 2 nights with my wife. The staff were obliging, they cooked a vegetarian dish for my wife every meal even though the agency we booked through said that they were unlikely to. We had the deluxe chalet which was spacious enough and basic but clean. The bathroom had the most serious limescale stains I've ever seen and, even though clean, may put the more sensitive folk off. During peak shower times, we had no water for showering. The island is pretty and the house reef has quite an expanse of hard corals and plenty of sea anemone plus clownfish. However, there wasn't much in terms of fauna. We didn't get to check out the snorkelling site near Pulau Gemia which is supposed to be quite good - subject to weather conditions. The canteen is closed at certain times so it's not possible to have a tea/coffee and toast if you wanted to. There's no toiletries nor toilet paper but there were really old towels which I couldn't use because the scent was just too overpowering. Worst of all was that on our second night, there was a group of "unfriendly-looking " guys who blasted their portable boombox the whole day and night until 4am. So be aware that at this price point, they get all sorts of guests. Worst is no one told the group to stop and I didn't see any policemen so we had to endure through the night.

The worst beach resort i've ever visited
Food - sucks! (It serve like 5 dishes every meal, every meal have only maximum one dish is eatable, others are...u dun even feel like touching it,only for full purpose.we even once went to other resort for meal. ) Service - sucks! (Activities are limited, and the punctuality is SUPERB,we got 3 snorkeling with them, never once is on time, maximum 3+ hours late, minimum 1 hour, keep on giving excuses and even blaming on us,while we are giving them advance notice everytime.) Room - sucks! (Don't have even a single tissue, single bottle of water, even heater,we 10 adults spending more than RM 150 for mineral waters in 4 days 3 night here(RM4 per 1.5L) Sucks - VERY VERY good at it!

Good island and room but not the meal
the beach are good, the water are clean and clear, the room is ok, for this budget, but the restaurant provide the dish insufficient for customer, then we have to wait them to cook again, at the final night we decide to other place to eat even we have already pay for our meal at the hotel we stay, i think the new building room is better, weekend is a lot of local day trip make the beach crowded , no privacy can not really enjoy and relax, the snorkeling trip is good and ok. the beach sometimes a lot of dry leaves, lack of people cleaning.
