BJ Bayview Inn is an ideal place to stay if you are in Langkawi Island. Located near a number of tourist attractions, this place offers comfortable rooms at an easy price. This humble place is suitable if you are travelling with a group of three to four persons. To reach this place, you will have to come all the way to the Langkawi Island. If you are taking an aeroplane, touch down at Langkawi International Airport. From there, rent a car and drive straight to Kampung Kuala Temonyong. Look for direction from the navigation application to help you reach the BJ Bayview Inn. Alternatively, if you are not driving, take a taxi or Grabcar to bring you to BJ Bayview Inn.
Meanwhile, if you are taking the ferry, you will reach Kuah Jetty. From there, take a taxi or Grabcar to bring you to BJ Bayview Inn.
There is no much option here at BJ Bayview Inn. You can only opt for the family room. Since the room is spacious and cosy enough, it will be worth it. The 30 m2 room can accommodate four persons at a time and consists of a double queen bed. All room comes with air-conditioning, flat-screen television with satellite channel, fridge, electric kettle, private bathroom (with hot and cold shower) as well as Wi-Fi.
All rooms are completed with privet bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hot and cold shower, mini fridge, electric kettle for hot water with 3-in-1 instant coffee and parking lot. The outdoor swimming pool is suitable for both adults and kids.
Staying at this place means you are only a few steps away from various fun and thrill activities. Take a refreshing dip at the pool or take a short drive to enjoy the famous Cenang Beach. If you prefer a less crowded place, head to Tengah Beach to bask in the sun while reading your favourite book by the vast ocean. There is no in-house restaurant in BJ Bayview Inn. However, since there is plenty of places that serve excellent dishes, why not check them out! Head to Bella Restaurant at Cenang Beach. Bella Restaurant is an open-air establishment with several ceiling fans as well as simple wooden and plastic furnishing. You will get to enjoy a number of local favourites such as nasi lemak, various styles of roti canai, homemade noodles, soups, and curries, as well as fresh juices, tea, coffee, muesli, croissants, pancakes, toast, and potato wedges for less than RM 10.
For lunch, check out Restoran Siti Fatimah. It is one of Langkawi’s oldest eateries. The restaurant serves northern-Malay cuisine in an open buffet setting. You will get to choose from over 50 Malay dishes such as fried sambal fish, coconut chicken curry, fried chicken, gulai ikan talang masin (salted fish curry), and papaya salad. Head to Maya Seafood Restaurant at Tengah Beach to enjoy a great dinner. The restaurant serves standout dishes include the chicken curry, grilled snapper, seafood tom yam, and fried calamari.
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
