I can't even sleep. My body got itchy, bedsheet not really clean. Room also not really clean, got dust at the floor, you can feel it when you step in. Room & furniture also looks old. Toilet was dirty, you can see it yellowish here and there. The basic room was really small too. My parents hard to did their prayer, and need to pray on the bed due to size of the room. Other than that, staff service was okay. I think there is no next time for this hotel. Sorry.

This is my second time staying at Kimberley but this time I booked a Standard Queen (previously was Deluxe King). I was a bit shocked that the room was much smaller than the previous one. But the other facility was good, the neighbors also quiet, and the room is well-cleaned every day. The receptionists were fast response and helpful. Definitely I will stay here again for my next trips! Bravo, Kimberly!

I stayed in Deluxe Room at the 4th floor. The room and toilet are wide. The location is strategic to traditional market, food bars, souvenir shops and supermarkets. The hotel staffs are helpful. Definitely will come and stay here again. Keep it up, guys!:).

The price is not too high, the room is very clean and room service is great! Although the car park is really small, the guard is very helpful and skillful in guarding us to park the car all the time. Highly recommended to stay here.

Location is super great. Room is clean. But one thing about check out, there's no staff at all at counter when we checked out at 6am morning, so can't get our refund deposit immediately, emailed them and pending for their reply.

Very strategic in the middle of town. You can walk around to many food places nearby. Room is abit small but comfortable. The parking space is limited but safe.

Nice place to stay. Within the walking distance to nearby attractive places for sight-seeing and light shopping. Except for the parking space for those who drive a car and stay in the hotel which is limited and somehow or rather, inconvenient.
