In the central area, very close to the city's tourist spots.

Close to Komtar, a UNESCO World Heritage site, it's easy to get everywhere. Food is nearby, restaurants are nearby. The hotel is very nice. The only downside is that some rooms are very small, but there are larger ones too.

It is a good hotel, but it lacks toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers.

Standard room is okay. Not too big, but what I really don't like is the AC position. It's really near to the bed, so it gets really cold even already set to 24.

I wasn't expecting the room to be quite small, 😅 but it wasn't a big deal because it was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. It's also strategically located for easy access.

The elevators are dirty and smell like freight elevators, unfit for passenger use. The hotel is old, and the facilities are inadequate. It should be renovated. The only attraction is its strategic location, across from the Komtar bus terminal and close to many street food options.

All staff, including the security guard, were very friendly. Handy to food markets, nightlife, tourist spots, and overall a great hotel to stay at. Thanks Tim and Nathalia 😁

The staff member when we were checking out was not friendly. Some areas in the bedroom and bathroom needed a bit of dusting and a clean. The smallest shower room with a curtain. Great TV, with YouTube, and Netflix. So great for English speaking guests also. Overall, I'd stay again.

Close to restaurants and street food, as well as the Michelin Guide. It's highly recommended because it's close to the Komtar bus station, just a 3-5 minute walk away, making it very strategically located.

Hi, I'm a traveler and we chose Kimberly because it's near if you want to try street food or cafes around Kimberly Street. Just a 2-5 minute walk distance. So, very recommended. And near Komtar bus station too.

Hotel is aged, room is small, but the price is reasonable. Good service, responsive, but minimal amenities provided. Walking distance to attractions and locations. Good accessibility to yummy eating places. Great stay overall!

The staff is friendly, and check-in and check-out are very fast. You can leave your luggage there if you arrive before check-in time. The location is very strategic, close to Prangin Mall, Komtar Terminal, and the tourist center of Georgetown. It's within walking distance, even Kimberley street food is just down the street. Highly recommended.

Reasonable room with good location.

Many food choices because it is a culinary area, many foreign tourists, close to the mall, close to the terminal so you can take the bus to the airport, relatively affordable prices, relatively complete facilities, good beds, etc.

The strategic location is right outside the hotel, Prangin Mall Komtar, left is Kimberly Food Center and access to the surrounding roads is very easy.
