I stayed at Kimberley Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and the experience wasn't bad. The staff members were very welcoming. And the surrounding area was great! There were a lot of accessible places to good places like Kimberley Night Market Street. Very convenient and love that. About the hotel room, it can be quite small and tight. However, the aircon function was good and really cold, perfect in hot weather, haha. The TV works as well. The bed is quite clean, but the pillow was very stiff and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience with Kimberley Hotel was nice, and I would love to stay here again in my next Penang trip.

The hotel is very close to restaurants, markets, malls, drug stores, and anything you might need. The rooms are very small, but clean. Not suitable for those with a lot of luggage. But it's very good for travelers just to sleep. It's clean, has complete toiletries (they don't provide toothbrushes), and there's a water dispenser in the hallway in front of the bedroom. Very helpful.

With the cheapest room rates, the room service is quite good, and the hotel's location is strategic for dining options. However, staying more than two or three days is not a good option because the rooms are cramped and there are no windows to see the sky.

So tiny room not even have space for my prayer …. Toilet door so noisy …. Friendly staff but yet still , we are here for the room . This is my 1st and last here at this hotel … thanks

The hotel is strategically located, close to Komtar and the culinary area. The rooms are also clean and tidy, highly recommended 👍

Staff okay n friendly the room although small but convenient location near KOMTAR and easily find food nearby

I was only given one access card to my room. Because the hotel is located on a busy road, even in the middle of the night, I could still hear honking horns. Other than those two things, everything else was pretty good.

The hotel location is great, just a few walk to komtar which you can get almost all bus route. Another street hawker is nearby and the food there is great taste yet affordable. Dont have complaint about cleanest, but the tv remote is hard to control. The bathroom is clean enough for me. The biggest plus is they do provide mineral water refill in cold or hot for free. you can cut your expense for buying mineral water. So don't forget to refill your drinking bottle before exploring, Did i mention that the staff is very humble and helpfull. I am checked in at about 01.00 am and the staff is still very kind to welcome. And another day when i checkout at 03.00am they prepare the staff for my checkout. You need to deposit 50MYR for your stay, and for tourist tax is 12 MYR/day. Looking forward to book here again in the future.

Recommended, first time staying, the impression was comfortable, close to Kimberly Street which sells various dishes, next time I'll come back to the Kimberly Hotel

My Unforgettable (and Unwanted) Elevator Experience ! I'm here to share an experience, I'd have, getting stuck in an elevator for almost 20 minutes. The compensation offered is inadequate, and the risk management protocols are deficient. Consider carefully before booking your stay at this hotel.

The staff is friendly, the security is also good, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold.

the front office was friendly, the security guy was very helpful. the room is clean and perfect size. the internet and tv connection was great. surrounding area were okay. close to foodstall and tourist area.

The staff were very friendly. Distance is not far from Komtar (approximately 10 minutes walk). The room is cleaned every day. They refilled the tea/coffee packets in the room also.
