This is a very terrible experience and very disrespectful hotel.I have wrongly choose a date to check-in and i decide to have a gentle communicate and ready to be assist with the hotel management for doing reschedule or refund, and already taking two days they just leave me keep asking and hotel was not taking any action taken and showing very disrespectful.I never felt so disrespectful and never think about this high rate hotel will be so disrespectful and very unprofessional.
