This propery owner/ incharge very nice and very humble, cooperative man, everything was clean, hot water, fan, kitchen items, clean rooms, bed and bed sheets were cleaned and very good environment. No need to bring anything just come and stay here like it's your own house. I will recommend to everyone

So far, so good.
Just the fridge is broken.
Wifi is slow.
Maxis phone line and Tune Talk are slow.
Water heater isn't hot.
The owner is very friendly and responds quickly.
Maybe I can come again...but I need to fix the things that aren't working.

Best, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, the view is beautiful and comfortable, recommended for those who do not like crowded conditions, want to eat, within 1 km there is a restaurant, so it is also fun, only with the night market within 5 km, but still ok; )
