This hotel was, by far, the best one we've ever stayed at in Malaysia. The receptionists were kind, friendly and accommodating! :) My friend and I booked a superior twin room and it was so great! Our beds were so comfy and big though those were just single beds. The AC was working so well and we definitely had very good sleep. The bathroom was also nice, had complete toiletries plus hot and cold shower. The hotel also has a swimming pool, however, my friend and I weren't able to swim because of limited time in Malacca. I couldn't say anything bad about the hotel! I'll definitely stay here again if I visit Malacca again in the future! :)

Nice location but lack of service. There is no cleaner at all on 3 night stays. Breakfast minimalist and no breakfast on Wednesday. Good price.

+ Check in time is 3:00 PM, but when I come at 4:12, the room is not still available. I have to wait for more than 5PM to can receive my room without any apologies.+ The toilet is very old.+ No 3pin adapter convert for travelers (my previous hotel did have)+ No dental kit.+ No slippers.+ Few choices for breakfast.+ Add 4 Mr. For local tax.

Corridor looks really old, toilet has leftover trash, floor is oily, towel smells awful, disgusting experience. Please avoid ataying here.

Such a nice place to stay with family. The room is clean. Including the bathroom. But sadly. Our kids cannot play at the pool because of the covid 19. Maybe in future. It will be open back.

The hotel doesn’t provide air-cond remotes. The room quite dirty, blockage sink, bugs, dusty, water heater didn’t work and they only give one key card.

It is located at city center easy to find halal food. Walking distance. Price is reasonable. But you can hear people from next room
