Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Jerantut began operating in 1967. It is located at Taman LKNP, Jerantut. Currently the office operates in the old office of the Public Works Department of Jerantut which is rented from Pahang State Government. The department provides various health services in urban and rural areas covering 98,300 residents. Besides that various health activities were conducted by the Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Jerantut there are Aktiviti Berjalan Kaki 1000 Langkah, Program senamrobik, Program Nak Sihat & Gegar 1000 Langkah Merdeka and many more.
