We originally paid through the app for 2 nights of deluxe room but extended for another 2 nights. The location is superb as KLCC and LRT station are within 5 mins walking distance! Breakfast food is ok with enough selections. Our room had a good view to KLCC and Petronas tower. However the way the staff clean our room was rather disappointing as he only swept and replaced the necessities and linen in hurry. Don't even expect them to pick your things from the floor or sweep the floor thoroughly! We also had our room a little flooded due the heavy rain on our last night but didn't bother to report because we were tired after the GP race, had lots of stuff and lazy to move around. The major downside of our experience was the fact we didn't even have a lift access to our own floor! We lost the main key, paid for it, but they said the system was down so they gave us our door key without lift access. Thus, we had this discomfort of asking security or receptionist every time we want to go up for 4 days! Yet, the security treated us badly for asking an assistance! We didn't bother to ask the security twice for the help so we kept going up to 1st floor and ask for an assistance to the receptionist. Imagine all the hassle! So anyone who is looking for a cheap hotel in KLCC, Le Apple is an option. But my friend said that after a thorough search you might found a better priced and serviced hotel in Bukit Bintang.

Overall is good but the toilet design is bad. The water can flow out from floor

Just ok, not great. there's some kind of smell on the pillows and the floor in the shower was slimy.

The hotel is nice and clean but the check in time for the triple bed is 2pm which is not good enough for me who want to rest, they even told me to wait until 3pm which is something I never liked. After I complained about it and they prepare my room earlier it's still not satisfying to me

This boutique hotel is strategically located near the Petronas Twin Tower and KLCC train station. I felt a little uncomfortable when I first entered room given to me, it did smell kind of old that's why I requested for air freshener. Staffs were okay. Overall, recommended.

Best location, near to petronas twin tower, LRT station, go KL and rapid KL. It was my second time stayed at Le Apple Boutique and I will come again.

5 nights in KL
Hotel is in a very good area Central location. Lots of places to eat around. When we came in, we were asked to repay for the hotel charge but we had already paid on booking.com website Staff sorted it within 8mins. Had to pay mandatory 10RM per day though as tourist tax. Room was a three star level on 9th floor. Quiet area. Good air conditioning. Enough for a budgeted trip. Best way from kl airport is to buy the touch and go travel pass for two days but can be recharged. Unlimited travel excluding buses. Paid 56 RM per person.

Great for staycation
I wanted a change of scenery so I booked a night here for staycation. I've been passing by this hotel for quite some time since I am always around KLCC and Avenue K and it got me curious. Room is very spacious, I was hoping to get a room with the view of the twin towers, but I got the one facing Corus hotel. Bed was well made, although I noticed a hair underneath the comforter, which got me worried if it was hair by the staff when they were cleaning the room, or it was hair by the person who rented the room before me. The bath is ok, the stone furnishing makes the shower prone to mineral deposits from the tap, so you'd see some discoloration. The toilet is not attached to the floor so when I lean on one side, the toilet is lifted off the floor as well. The hotel itself is a quiet place. Staff are nice. I think the price is reasonable, although it doesn't come with breakfast. However, you do get a discount voucher for buffet dinner at the Japanese restaurant downstairs. Although the hotel is beside Avenue K and just walking distance to Suria KLCC and WIsma Central across the street, which have a lot of food options. To get here, take the Kelana Jaya line and alight at the KLCC station. Go up the escalator and exit Avenue K. Walk past Starbucks and the hotel is just at the corner. For Pokemon Go players, there are two nearby gyms and one pokestop.

Disappointing
Located next to KLCC towers, this hotel has been a real disappointment. Positive sides: price, large and clean rooms. Negative sides: poor wifi, disgusting breakfast, terrible coffee (no espresso available at all), nothing interesting around the hotel beside KLCC towers and shopping mall. It's ok for one night or two without breakfast included but would recommend a more vibrant area such as Bukit Bintang

Comfortable and Good Location
First, service is good. The room is very comfortable, it feel like home and some more no lack of facilities. The hotel location is right at the centre of city, it is just opposite the KLCC and very near to LRT station also. However, the parking lot is very limited.

Pretty much a budgetary hotel experience...
For a first time customer, it was really confusing when I entered the hotel because I could not find the reception. I did finally notice a signage that indicated reception is at level 2 but I feel improvements should be made for clearer directions. My room was definitely not what it looked like on Agoda's website. It was much, MUCH smaller than depicted and felt kind of dark too. Beds were a bit low and although it was not a problem for me, it was very problematic for my mother. There is not much scenery at all from the hotel window as it was blocked by the building's decor, which is really bad, because I believe some scenery is important and it felt claustrophobic after a while. The toilet was the worst part of the room. There was no ventilation and if you happen to do a big number in there, be prepared to wait a while to let the smell dissipate. Also the tile flooring really looked old and felt very dirty. In fact you can spray at the corners with water and you can literally see dirt and grime coming off the tiles! Room service was another issue I had. Because I was there with my elderly mum, we had to return to the hotel after a short trip out in the morning before going out again in the evening. And out of the 4 days I was there, 3 days I came back to a still messy room! It was not even that early, probably around 3 or 4 in the afternoon and room service was still not done. When the cleaners finally came, we were told the hotel was facing a staff shortage and they had to cover a lot of floors before they could reach ours. (Ps: I am not faulting the cleaners btw.) I feel like the hotel's only salvation is its close proximity to KLCC and Avenue K. It is an okay place for a short stay but you should not have a high expectation or you'll be in for a disappointment.
