Old Hotel with much to improve. For example, carpets everywhere are stained and frankly disgusting and displeasing, especially in the rooms themselves. The wallpaper held a hoard of dust and the headboards of the beds where disgustingly stained too. The pillows smelt so strongly of hair grease and were so gross.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired—especially in the common areas, the sauna, and around the pool, which were not well maintained. The breakfast was another letdown: the quality was poor, and there were very few options to choose from.
Due to these issues, we decided to cancel the remainder of our stay and requested a refund. The only positive aspect of our experience was the staff, who were very friendly and tried their best to be helpful despite the circumstances.
I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Loved this hotel. It’s showing its age a bit but we loved our huge sea view rooms with great floor to ceiling windows overlooking the waterfront. Lovely pool area and rooftop bar. Great breakfast. All of the staff were well trained and very helpful.

The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Ms Anna Wong from the restaurant. She is always smiling and goes around to ask the guests they are ok.
The room we stayed is very clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much .
The only setback the hotel is that guests can smell the foul air from the nearby Filipino market Once you stand outside the lobby. Because of the hotel is across the market, the surrounding area gets pretty busy . May not be pleasant if you are on holiday.
