One of the sink was licking water, shower no bathtub, and swimming pool was closed for some fixing issue. And usually they close the pool at 7pm while they located just beside the sea. It feels like a horror apartment.

Highly recommended, good location, big room with sofa, table kitchen facilities. 1 min walk to beach. Love the rooftop swimming pool and views.

Pro: Nice rooftop swimming pool for kids. Spacious and decent room. TV, mini fridge, hot shower all functional. Have coin self service laundry at ground floor. Cons: The hotel cannot do credit card deposit and only accept cash deposit. Not so smooth check in for us, after the long hours drive to Penang 😔 Also have bad experience with staff counter who ask for extra pay when I ask for receipt, lucky the tauke or staff superior was nearby save me RM20 when check out. Overall hotel was OK except for the bizarre customer service moment.

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
General Check-in Instructions
Effective from 1 June 2014, a “Local Government Fee” will be imposed on all hotel guests in Penang and the rates vary according to the type of hotel the guest is staying in (maximum RM3.00 per room per night). This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon arrival. Damage to Property The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Management's Rights It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. Guest Are also not allowed to hold parties in our 2 Bedroom Family Suite or Studio Suite. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room / suite or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her. The hotel will also ask guest to sign a foam with all the rules of the hotel during checking in.
