Sangat strategis, tepi jalan raya, masjid +/-150 m, dobi/laundry banyak baik yang koin atau yang biasa, kedai makan juga banyak, bawah ada pasaraya speedmart 99, sebrang ada pasaraya Mydin. Wifi lancar, air dan lain-lain oke. Terbaik 👍.

Tempat bersih dan parking mudah. Cuma bilik agak berbau sikit. Harap pihak hotel menyediakan pewangi di setiap bilik untuk memastikan bilik tidak berbau
