Check-In Details - Check-in begins from 3:00 PM onwards, and our reception counter closes at 6:00 PM. - Upon arrival, please proceed to MAPLEHOME’s check-in counter at the shop lot next to the property entrance to collect your access cards. - If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please notify us in advance by emailing enquiry@maplehome.com.my to receive self-check-in instructions. Note: Detailed check-in instructions will be provided once we receive your deposit slip. We will not be liable for failed check-ins after 6:00 PM due to insufficient notice or incomplete information provided by the guest.
Deposit and Identification - Guests are required to present a valid NRIC or passport upon check-in. - A security deposit of RM200 per unit must be paid in cash or by credit card during check-in or via bank transfer before arrival. - Deposits made in cash will be refunded during check-out. - For bank transfer deposits, refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days. - To proceed with the deposit payment via bank transfer, kindly transfer the amount using the following bank details: Bank: Public Islamic Bank Berhad (PIBB) Account Holder: Romanee Conte Estate Management Sdn Bhd Account Number: 3819186902 Amount: RM200
Parking - Each unit is entitled to one complimentary parking space.
