I had been this stay for more than 10 years, the Duty Manager Mr Rizal, Mr Rudy, Ms Pelly, Mr Josri was Polite and their service was the best, during my arrival, they will have a greeting with my names, this feeling was giving my feel that I was a VVIP guest of their hotel, they do try to arrange whatever the request I would to have, even upgrade the big room to me when it available. Front Office staff Mr Ammar, Mr Watson, Ms Sharon, Ms Lisa and the rest of front desk staff was friendly to serve me when my arrival, reservation staff Mr Ronald (previously was front desk), bellboy section Mr Peter and Mr Ambrose also really great service, I feel that is best choice I had choose this hotel even I will stay twice a year, continuous I will have more groups to came to your hotel, hope to see you all next year March 2020.

The room given to me was dirty, especially the carpet. Toilet not functioning well. The furniture in the room was too old. The ceiling at the toilet room collapsed in the middle of the night. Was shifted to another room for safety reasons. The room offered much better than the last one.

Air conditioner leaking. The person in charge just send pail to cover the leakage. The room not well maintained. Got rusty items.
