In line with our Key Focus to be a Responsible Hotel that offers you a Safe and Memorable Experience with smooth check-in process, we would like to reinforce few key notes as below, for your special attention upon arrival - 1) Our Reception opens from 10:00am - 11:00 pm daily. If late check in after 10pm, kindly contact : 012-3875510 before 10pm so that necessary communication can be made in advance, prior to your safe arrival. Just to highlight, 100% contactless check-in can always be arranged upon request. Meanwhile, should the needs of late check in after 11pm arises, an additional surcharge of RM 20 per booking will be applicable (to be collected by Hotel) in order to accommodate to such special request. 2) Cooking Facility, Water Dispenser with Hot / Cool, Washing Machine, Iron Board and Ironing Facility are made available at Hotel Common Facility Area 3) The check out time is latest by 12:00PM. 4) Our Property is a Smoke-Free Property. Smoking and Vaping is 100% prohibited in all rooms and inside our building. Designated Smoking areas are available out of our Hotel Premises 5) Security deposit in cash will be collected upon check-in (fully refundable upon check out) 6) For Early check out before 10am, please contact : 012-3875510 Kindly be informed that we shall provide the best of our services to all of our guests.
