We already remark check out time because we check in. 20.00 pm we known we will late more than 13.00 pm. But robby staff (morning) still say can not can not! And not try to understand assume us as a chinese traveler that very rude. So if cannot check out the time we remark why when we check in robby staff (evening) doesn't inform us? Room OK but staff not okay.

The room was old and dirty. Lifts were a nightmare and were not maintained properly. The mattresses were dirty with stains and the bathtub was disgusting.
