If you are taking the plane, you will find yourself landing at Sultan Mahmud Airport. From there, the distance to the hotel is about 78 kilometres which would also take around an hour’s worth of journey. While you are on your way to the hotel, there are several well-known landmarks you can spot to help you find the jetty. The landmarks in question are Sekolah Kebangsaan Pusat Jerteh and Bukit Keluang Beach. Those places are within 20 kilometres or less from the jetty. Therefore, if you find these places, you are most certainly close to the jetty to take up speedboats to reach Perhentian Island.

Administered under the Department of Islamic Development which lies under the federal government, it is the first institution of its kind in the East Coast area, located at the area of Kampung Raja, within the district of Besut, state of Terengganu, Malaysia. It is easily found alongside T167 route with other facilities such as resorts, higher education institutes, beaches, schools, mosques, restaurants and shops.
