Basic TV channels, no kettle but they provide Coway for every floor. Shared iron.

The hotel is very clean, but the service needs to be improved, for example, the iron needs to be on in the room. Customers find it difficult to iron their clothes in the hot corridor. I give the rest a 9/10.

smpi untuk check in tapi xde orang kat reception..about 30min+ tgu.ade srg staff mase msuk da nmpk kami bwk beg.tpi die lalu je.xsoh tgu kjp ke ape.masa around 5.00pm..hampir col semua no.tpi semua no xberjawab.sgt Sadis.n bilik ade hama kne gigit.

Kite has 2 adults. 2 children and 1 baby. I just got a big room because I want to be comfortable. The room is really comfortable and spacious. There is wifi, there is a TV with astro channel. But the floor is very cold. Slippers are not provided. The large rooms are all on the top floor and this hotel does not have a lift. If you have a large and heavy bag, you have to climb to the 2nd floor. If the room is big, you should at least invest in a mini fridge if you don't have a closet. There is a little girl who wants to save milk. I want to cool the water when it's raining outside. And finally sorry to say there are many small cockroaches on the floor and bathroom.

Recommended to stay here with its value for money and space, free amenities like nestum, ovaltine, nescafe, and also plates and cups that is available for all to use. Overall, the hotel is quite clean. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Except for the noise from next door karaoke session during my stay, acceptable everything else was satisfactory. Room size, amenities, access all were acceptable.
