Besides that, there are other attractions like the Freshwater Fish Section, the Koi Pond, the Seashell Display, the Reptilium Section, Invertebrate Section, the Coral Reef Section and the Poisonous & Venomous Section. The Underwater World Langkawi houses more than 4,000 marine creatures which include over 500 species of fish and underwater life. The place is open daily from 10am until 6pm. There are also schedules for some of the animals’ feeding times.

Laman Padi literally means rice field. This attraction is a complex of some rice fields, herb gardens and galleries which explains the process of cultivating and harvesting rice in Langkawi. An eco-tourism of sorts, Laman Padi is located in Pantai Cenang and was established in June 1999. Facilities here include a car park, toilets and two restaurants. There are several traditional Malay cottages that offer accommodations for tourists. Laman Padi also has a spa that uses natural ingredients picked fresh from the herb garden.
