Checked in on 26 sept 18, was given room 107 1st floor, but found out window is facing airwell and a door out from airwell, can't open up windows fearing someone will climb in. Request another room, and given room 109 but water leaking out from bath tub, changed another room 305, again water leaking out from bath tub, changed to room 408 4th floor, rain water dripping from the ceiling, lastly changed to room 409, thank god all is well. Checked in from 11:30am to 1:40pm.
