Very nice view of hotel and good location. great view from the sky pool. The water is too cold and cannot swim for long period at the level 5th. And more, the receptionist asked for deposit of RM400.
4.8
Location not strategic, room not clean. First impression so bad for this residence, not clean, lift room surrounding very messy. Their security not friendly. In swimming Pool level 5, got doing some job, water splashing in pool. Not recommended for this residence. Need more improved. Only their swimming pool upper level was so nice because facing KLCC.

The space of living hall is super big, with a great view at the infinity pool! Cleanliness in the unit still can be improved though.

Mixed Review, pick your hotel wisely
Noticed that there were mixed comments, most of them with poor maintenance and stinky toilet smell. I saw a lot of renting options available in the AirBnB and picked the one with the least review saying poor maintenance. My stay here is pleasant except that there are ants in the apartment mostly due to cleanness problem. The room itself was satisfactory with all the furniture you need and the host was very helpful. The apartment I got was in Block B facing the high way. Therefore, it were very noisy even at midnight. The infinity pool is amazing. However, try avoid going there when it was peak time. It was just next to the Sunway Putra Mall and you can visit everything in downtown calling Grab (within RM 7 only). I would recommend the place again as the standard of the room offered may vary. You may need to check the comments/reviews by others carefully.

Average hotel
We stayed on the 22nd floor with good impressive views of twin towers and the city. The flat was a spacious 2 bedroom flat with a large living area. There is a good shopping mall nearby and a metro station as well. Staff were polite and helpful Negative points - poor maintainence, with run down furniture and broken things. Very limited vreakfast option - which only includes egss, hash brown toast and beans considering the money we were charged for a breakfast inclusive stay!

Don't be fooled, there is nothing Regal about it.
After reading how much of a mixed bag previous reviews are, I have reached the conclusion that the Regalia Suite reception must own/ manage multiple units within the complex. Check in was horrendously slow and the warning signs were present very quickly in the run down reception room, a leaking ceiling, flickering lighting and general uncleanliness. On booking.com our "premier suite" was displayed with beautiful views of the towers, fresh white bedding and a "city view". We firstly asked if we had been given the right room due to the fact that we had no city view (a motorway) and the room didn't really resemble the picture. I was told the view was subject to availability (cue the chuckles at reception), a little pissed by this as that's the main draw, but understood. We were actually told we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom, but they locked the 2nd bedroom..... The pool area is a riot, oversubscribed, stinky, unclean, kids bombing in, no drainage so essentially swollen and slippery wood. The "hemisphere" is laughable, for such a premier location is a bit of a tinpot job but whatever, it's a little rough around the edges. The fun really began when we returned to our room which smelled like a toilet. The finishing was poor, the walls were smeared, wallpaper poorly hung, the fridge top was covered in salt and debris, the corners collected not only dust but plastic wrapping, the leather seat had a hole in the back, the flooring was marked, the window just flapped about as it didn't have a handle, all the drains emitted a strong sewage smell, the extractor fan was an absolute racket, the washing machine cut out 4 times (leaving us with a bag of soaking washing weighing a tonne lol), the front door had the biggest gap under it practically inviting the whole close in, the "lift bomba??!!!??" Was a shakey racket with cork board interio, there are holes in the ceiling, all sorts of crap collected between appliances and so on and so forth. I mean we were only there 2 hours so sorry I haven't captured all its delights for you. The wifi is also absolutely deplorable, if the above didn't put you off I'm sure that will. You have to change code daily at reception, log in again every time you unlock your phone, can only authorise 2 devices and works only in the room. I know this for some people isn't a big factor, but for kids, travellers, business folk etc it's something to consider. Please accept my apologies for my moan but I've tried to provide an accurate account. I personally don't think it's worth the gamble of potentially getting one of these other raved about "city chic" apartments. There are much cheaper and better hotels centrally which are clean and don't contain any of the above complaints :)

Mixed bag choose carefully
We have stayed at 2 appartments in the regalia suites. They seem to be essentially airbnb bookings. Our first was in the block with the infinity pool on level 37. The views are stunning and make a stay worthwile. They property had been well maintained was clean and great value for a mature family of 5. The second was essentially the same format in the other block with the bigger pool on level 5 and was ideal for students cramming themselves in on cheap budget in a place that had not been well maintained so please read the reviews to distinguish which property suits best as both were the same price. The suites are central KL with a 5 min walk into the big sunway mall. The suites have security convenience store and very basic cafe.
