Great but lack of attraction especially for children such as playground and games.
It was good location. A lot of attraction.
The Hotel needs to change its GM. If not, the policy maker. Very poor standard for rooms.

Overall was ok.
The check-in using the machine is a hassle, the machine cannot find my reservation based on my name. Then I have to queue to almost half an hour at the counter just to check in and your counter staff is not friendly at all. My room located in Tower 1, so it is nearer to SkyAvenue. The room is clean and acceptable but the room is very smelly with smoking smell. The bathroom was small. The check out procedure is so easy.

Simple and affordable
We booked the Deluxe room this round as we do not like the normal rooms which we stayed in the past. We liked the idea of self check in as it saved plenty of time. Friendly staffs are there to assist the guests as well. For the low price paid. I think that the room is good enough for a good sleep during your stays.

Need Major Upgrading Pronto
Booked Deluxe room and stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Was shocked when check into the room. Open the window and i can see the next room. It is just a few metres away. No view at all. When i was booking the room, i opted for 1 queen bed but was given was 2 single bed join together as one. What a disappointment. When i requested for a change, counter staff said there's no more room. I know that this is a 3 star hotel and gambler uses it mainly to rest and shower but at least keep the standard high as it is under a branding of Resorts World which also operates internationally. There wasn't even any complimentary bottled water in the room. If you're out of coffee or tea sachet, you need to buy it at the vending machine located at the ground floor lift lobby and it will cost you RM5. Everyting need to pay. Consumables item can be a bit pricey. Remember that you are located at the top of a mountain with nowhere else to buy the consumables. This hotel seriously needs a major upgrading and refurbishment. Think the only nice thing about this place is it's location. Temperature was around 19 degree celsius.

Standard Room with Some Hiccups
Firstly, auto checking in using the kiosk was fairly fast with helpful staff around. However, upon reaching our room in Tower 1, the key card could not be used and we had to go down again. We waited around 15 mins at the Key Activation lane even though there was only 2 guests ahead of me. The staff took way too long just to process 2 guests - is this the norm? There was a long queue but why only 1 lane was opened? Shouldn't the management take the initiative to open another lane to expedite the processing? Anyway, the room size was acceptable but with 2 tiny toilet cubicles and shower. Please note that hardly any toiletries were provided so please be prepared to bring your own. No complimentary water was provided. Around 2- 3 AM in the morning, there were guests in other floors were laughing and shouting - most probably they were having a party at their room. They only toned down when complaint was made to the general line. Maybe some other guests also complained about the noise as well. Room door was very thin. you could practically hear footsteps and people talking at the hallway clearly. Breakfast buffet was priced at RM31 before 9 am and RM27 after that that. Even though there were not much choices, the spread was acceptable due to the fair price. However, a few of the food items such as mee goreng and the nasi lemak sambal were salty. we feedback to the Chef who was cooking the mee goreng. We saw him tasting the food and he seemed like he adjusted the cooking. We tried again after that, just a little bit less salty. Not sure, perhaps it was meant to be cooked that way? When we left, we were supposed to insert the key card into the check out kiosk. Again, we faced difficulties whereby we only managed to insert the key card after trying 4 different machines. I shudder to think how would the management manage if they encounter peak season. We were lucky for we travelled during off peak and we had the leisure to try different kiosk. I saw many guests just left their key cards on top of the kiosk after so many tries. Much improvement is required for this hotel.

Good deal!
Booked this hotel for our two nights stay in Genting Highlands. It’s incredibly cheap. I enjoyed doing our own-self check in, scanning our passport, then receiving our room key by the machine. It’s less than five minutes walk going to the casino area. Restaurants are all just around and so as the outlet shops. No aircon, no wifi ( so we got ourselves a Digi sim, don’t forget to bring passport when you want to buy sim card), tv got bad cable connection, got hot water, shampoo and body soap available. Definitely will book again here when we come back to Genting.
