The only minus is for those whose passport is not an e-passport or a passport with no chip: they cannot self-check-in via the check-in machine, so they have to take a number to queue at reception, and it takes a really, really, very, very long time. Mine took about 5 hours of queuing. This is not good. The hotel should fix this kind of problem, as there are still many people whose passports have no chip/are non-e-passports.
