This resort is a nice place to stay when travelling at East Coast of Malaysia and it is comfortable and good for the money.       How to get to Rompin Beach Resorts

      Rompin Beach resort is a popular spot for local and international tourists and can easily be reached from Kuala Lumpur city centre, and Sultan Ahmad Shah airport in Kuantan town. Visitors can go by car from Kuala Lumpur city centre. It takes around 4 hours by using the Bahau-Keratong road and you can also use North-South highway but it takes another an hour to reach Rompin Beach resort. From the south, it is a four-hour journey by car from Singapore. Besides that, guests arrive at Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport can rent a car or grab a taxi to Rompin Beach Resort which takes about 2 hours journey. This resort is also situated nearby Endau and Tengku Mahkota Abdullah Rompin mosque as well as Tanjung Gemok Ferry Terminal which is 20 minutes away.

      Different Types of Rooms in Rompin Beach Resorts

      There are four types of room which divided into the Family Room, Chalet, Perdana Studio and Twin Room or Deluxe Double. The deluxe has 42 units, Family Room has 4 units, Chalets has 64 units and Executive Studio has 2 units.


      Family Room is a guestroom fits around 4 people. There are 2 single beds and 1 extra double bed suitable for small family. The room features a minibar, telephone, ironing facilities, complimentary toiletries, slippers and upper floors accessible by stairs only. Guests can also choose either facing sea view or garden view.


      Chalet has a size of 27 square meters and consists of 2 single beds. This type of room is fit for newlyweds and business travellers. The room features telephone, hairdryer, free towels and toiletries and all chalets are facing amazing sea or garden view.

      Perdana Studio is a spacious room which accommodates 12 single beds and perfect for big family and friends gatherings. This room has upper floors accessible by stairs only and a separate living room suitable for private gathering and meeting.


      Twin room/Deluxe double has an ample space including 12 single beds, spacious living room and has its own private building. This room also includes refrigerator, ironing facilities, cold and hot water facilities and daily housekeeping.

There are also Rhu Café which serves an array of food ranging from Malaysian to Western food for breakfast, lunch and dinner of your choice. On top of that, RBR Karaoke Lounge features café with modern concept karaoke. It opens daily from 5 pm to 1 am with latest wide range of English, Malay and Mandarin song selections.

      Rompin Beach Resorts offers top-class facilities and services for comfort and convenience of guests. Among the facilities and services are 24-hour room service, sauna, daily housekeeping, garden, laundry service, free WiFi and free private parking. The friendly staff at 24-hour front desk is very fluent in Malay and English and can assist guests with any tour or service assistance. On top of that, there are also television area, fax and photocopying service and meeting and banquet facilities that can accommodate over 500 guests. There are Dewan Putra with 3 partition block and can accommodate with maximum 300 people whereas Balai Cendekiawan can fit around 120 people. Besides that, guests can enjoy free time at the resort with many recreational activities such as bicycling and scuba diving, outdoor pool, darts, karaoke, table tennis and games room filled with board games. Guests also can join any of the programmes and activities offered include tours to Endau Rompin National Park, Tioman Island, and the Lesong Nature Forest. In addition, this resort also offers deep sea fishing packages or river fishing for large freshwater prawns.

      Interesting Places near Rompin Beach Resorts

      Endau-Rompin National Park - It is a national park situated in the southeastern part of Peninsular Malaysia. The name was originated from the two rivers that run through the park which are the Endau River and the Rompin River. This national park is a home to some of the oldest rainforest in the world. It is also has become one of the most famous attractions in Pahang besides Taman Negara and features amazing waterfalls and visitors can get the opportunity to visit the Orang Asli tribes. Many travel agencies offer package tours to Endau-Rompin which includes transport, accommodation, meals and guided jungle trails. The park is not easily accessible (by normal vehicles) and there are 3 entrances to the Endau-Rompin National Park. You can either enter through Johor (East or West) or through Pahang. Among the animals that live in the national park are the white-handed gibbon, Malaysian tiger, Asian elephant, wild boar, tapir, slow loris, deer, long-tail macaques and leopards. Besides that, bird species that live here are the hornbills and kingfishers and other animals such as insects, spiders and the occasional snake. The admission fee to Endau Rompin State Park is RM 10 for adult and RM 5 for children. Visitors are advised to bring essentials such as first aid travel kit with personalized medicine, tripod for your camera, mosquito repellent, raincoat, poncho and/or umbrella, headlamp or flashlight, dry clothes in an aqua bag, comfortable walking shoes and special socks to prevent leeches.

      B&J Diving Centre - B&J Diving centre is well known to provide diving service for the past 25 years of operation. They have trained around 15,000 divers and have taken almost 50,000 certified divers underwater. With a motto of safety first, their diving crew are all trained Emergency First Responders and DAN Oxygen Providers. Their dive boats and dive shops are equipped with DAN Oxygen units and Medic First Aid kits. All dive equipment is regularly serviced and/or replaced. Besides that, their Bauer compressors are always tested regularly for its purity to gives out the best air. There are two dive boats, which are designed by divers for divers and many of them are spacious, comfortable and surely safe and are equipped with VHF Radio, Life jackets, DAN Oxygen units, Medic First Aid kits and freshwater tanks. According to sea conditions, the best months to dive with regards to visibility and sea conditions are between March to June and September to November.
