No words can describe how glad I am to stay here for 4 days! It was just amazing! The room is so tidy, smells so good! Near to everywhere. However many homeless around but I wouldn't be problem at all. I will definitely back here again!

Really like the design of the hotel and rooms, the location is also strategic near the Central Market. Unfortunately, I didn't feel helped when I confirmed that I would check in today and wanted to leave my luggage, she said she couldn't and didn't have storage space. When I returned to the hotel at 1 pm because it was a hassle walking around with a suitcase (check-in time at 3 pm,. Other staff can help and there is storage space. What a joke. The doorman and Rubini was very helpful, the other woman at Receptionist was not.

- The hotel is clean and airy. Service is very good. Full amenities required. Very comfortable stay. Housekeeping staff are very attentive and friendly. Security is very enthusiastic. - Around the outside of the hotel, there seem to be some homeless people, so they don't look very friendly. Feeling of insecurity.

Love this hotel cause of the special bath soap and shampoo, never met in other hotel before. Easy and near access to Petaling street, Dataran Merdeka and Mesjid Jamek.

This hotel is perfect! Location is good, the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing really the best. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable:) I will be back again.
