Dustiness and smelly room. We required fan for our room but when the fans sent to us was dirty and dustiness and end up we clean the fan ourselves. Security of hotel need to be improved. We aware that have visitor bring cat enter to the hotel's room. However, the staff was kind and friendly. They ready to help us. The food of the restaurant was awesome and tasty. Meanwhile, we get friendly service from the staff. Environment was good. It would be great if the cleanliness of the room and facilities being maintained.

The hotel is not maintained at all. My house room is better than this. Dirty pillows, old switches with non bright lights, broken wardrobe, broken stool. Not even I stayed there. Wasted my money and there is no refund as well. Totally regret why I booked this hotel.
