Nice hotel. I love this place.
Great hotel, so budget, the WiFi was fast enough, super friendly stuff and helpful, the location more than great, its just the cleaning services need to be improved, as they clean only by request, thats what I noticed! But compere to the money, it's total worth it at the end

Don't trust the photos. A super cheap but also super dirty and ugly hotel. No fire alarm (smoke in your non-smoking room), can hear people having sex in other rooms, cleaning service doesn't knock on the door (caught me undressed once), brown towels, semen stains on bed sheets, WiFi doesn't work. If you're broke and unpretentious then definitely choose this "hotel".

The staff is very unprofessional,rude asking me veird questions which i am not and they are supposed to know. No hot water, breakfast is not served on time so one morning had to leave without taking it. Then i came to the room it was strong chlorine smell and where were ants.

Affordable price & cosy budget hotel
The hotel located near the Imbi station. The accommodation suits with the single person traveler needed. A very recommended budget hotel. I'm gonna stay here again if I had an occasion in Kuala Lumpur.

A disappointing and very uncomfortable hotel
Our family stayed in this hotel from 6-8 May 2017, upon entering the room the size is very narrow and hot shower was also newly lit on the second day of stay. In addition, because of our location room at the end of the hallway, then in the room there is a window overlooking the highway, but unfortunately not equipped with a curtain, so it looks directly from the outside. The breakfast menu is very disappointing, only there are bread and jam with tea or coffee, afterward TV no broadcast channel and on the mattress also there are mites, so that when used to sleep the body will feel itchy. So we felt overall the experience of our stay at this hotel was very disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Awful cancellation policy.
I was meant to stay at Simms Boutique Hotel in KL for 5 days in April but due to personal reasons, I had to cancel. I did read that they had a strict cancellation policy (they’ll take 50% of your money) but I thought that since I gave them 2-3 weeks notice, they might be more lenient. 2-3 weeks is plenty of time to fill a room. Over the course of 10 days, I emailed them twice, emailed their website directly, and left them numerous Airbnb messages. No reply. They ignored every bit of communication that I sent. It felt like they were deliberately ignoring me just to waste time and justify taking an even bigger percentage of the cancellation fee. Eventually I phoned them directly. The man who answered was so unhelpful. He told me that their policy was strict and that they couldn’t do anything. I had to contact them through Airbnb. I told them that I HAD been contacting them through Airbnb, but they needed to reply to my messages. He reiterated that he couldn’t do anything. He advised me to cancel through Airbnb, and then call him back in five minutes. So I did that. Bear in mind, this is an international phone call. When I called him back, he flat out told me that I wasn’t getting any more than 50% refund, and there was nothing more they could do. I was really angry. Getting to keep 50% for nothing was bad, but it was how they treated me that made it worse. They made me call them back for nothing. When I questioned why they couldn’t tell me this in the first email, or first phone call, he trailed off. Later that day, they finally replied to my Airbnb messages (thanks to the customer help team). The man I spoke to was extremely rude. When I asked about their lack of customer service, he told me I was wasting his time and to speak in a proper manner. I’m glad I didn’t stay at Simms. Their management and customer service was terrible. I conducted myself politely at all times, and was ignored every step of the way by childish men who don’t know how to behave themselves. Airbnb was stellar in providing help and support.
