Whenever I travel to Kuantan, this is my favourite hotel to stay at. usually travelling alone, this hotel is more than enough accommodation for me. with strategic location, nice breakfast provided and very affordable price, I would say this is totally value for money. obviously it is not the 5 star hotel category but if anyone looking just for a place to stay for a nice rest, this hotel is a more than good option

Bad service. Room phone not functioning. Smelly room. Never opt for this hotel again.

We booked the hotel because of the proximity to the exam location that my daughter has to take. Nice budget hotel with friendly staff. However they should change the torn towel, the toilet door need to be repaired.

It time to change the pillow and towel. Pillow is to old and yellow. Hotel towel also look dirty and old.

Family vacation
This hotel is clean and comfort for a family vacation with a value for money. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast also was good. We will surely stay again if we come to Kuantan.
