Good area and place for eat.
- Family vacation
Room : Toilet smells bad! There's no wifi inside the room. No closet. Room is too small. On the positive side, staff are friendly and accommodating.
Awesome location. I had promo voucher so it was okay for the money. But things need a little attention, shower area was stuck, zinc in the washroom was not working, no mineral water and had to go to reception to get it. And the room was slightly dirty.
- Backpacking
Good for a budget trip and walking distance seafood restaurants.
- Shopping & Culinary
water heater for shower not working
Please rectified the wifi connection, hot water shower and also the poor tv broadcasting. I'm eager to come back staying as the problem mention will be taken care off. Thank you.
this hotel was go good accommodation but the services was so weak
- Backpacking
The location is great but there were slight problems when we checked in our room. No towels were provided and we had to collect by ourselves at the check in counter when we informed the receptionist and our room was not on first floor. The bed was broken and bathroom also not properly cleaned before we checked in. Overall, was disappointed with this stay.
Phone that is not working. No room service. Of course, what do expect out of that kind of price.
- Business travel
Location was strategic and the price was affordable. But the (queen bed) room was quite cramp. Walking to the window side, I had to dodge the TV screen mounted on the wall as the aisle was too narrow. There was no table but the wide window sill doubled as a table. Bed sheets, pillow cases and duvet were a little yellowish and not exactly clean. I had to use my own towel to lie down on. The two towels provided were not too clean. One had a yellow stain on it and the other had holes on it. A metal strip on the woodwork at the head of the bed came off. I didn't caused it. The toilet and shower was great, except the bathroom door on the inside was broken near the knob. Looks like the place needs some regular maintenance. Air con was ok. There was no lift and guests had to walk up and down the stairs. The seafood restaurant downstairs could be noisy for some rooms too.
