Theme park and hotel far from hotel

The executive room was very huge & nice, worth it. Theme park was good but the 13 hot pools were great! Food was pricey but it was standard rate and same with other theme park in Malaysia. Overall, very good place for family.

Spartan but clean and cozy
We did not manage to check-in before we visited the theme park and had to check-in during a one and a half hour window as the park does not permit reentry and will only offer exceptions to those checking-in to the hotel. We found that to be a little inconvenient. Besides that, staff were great, they were friendly, attentive and eager to be of assistance. We booked via the MATTA fair and took the exotic rooms. We would gladly have upgraded to the classic rooms should we have been made aware of the fact that they are bigger and have more amenities. Sadly front desk told us that room view was the only difference.

2 days 1 night stay
Just only want to highlight that front desk only have 1 officer, cause check in is slow. And the room air conditioner is noisy. Overall during 1 night stay is fine. Everyone we meet with smile and greet us.

Basic Hotel
It is a very basic hotel but it solves the purpose as it is back opposite to the lost world. If your purpose is to visit the lost world then this hotel solves all your purpose. It is the best option for family visit.

OK. Better for Family Oriented Hotel
Place is decent, room is rather spacious. Lots of greenery surrounding the area. Fair amount of parking area. Guarded. However, room is not entirely sound proof and you can even hear footsteps from the top floor. Liked the personal touch to their complimentary coffee and tea into local and uniquely Lost World packing. Bed is comfy and clean throughout. Breakfast buffet was simple; nothing great. Its a little far from town (about 10-15mins away). Dedicated more to family based trips with inclusive of theme park activities.

Nothing great for the price
If not for the proximity to the theme park, wouldn't have booked the hotel. Service is not good, have to wait long during check in. Room is expensive for the quality. We booked 2 connecting rooms. One room is missing a fridge. Room comes with safe and very basic facilities. Breakfast is at theme park which you have to cross the road, very inconvenient. Food is not great and lots of flies. Some salad, cereal, Nasi lemak, egg station, noodle station. Quality of food is not good for the price you pay. Wouldn't recommend unless going to theme park
