Receptionist very friendly. The room was good, worth the price given. Parking available & near hotel but must self paid. Can walk around the hotel to shopping 🤗.

Had a pleasant stay & nice view from the room. But need to upgrade the lift as it can’t fit more than 4 person with luggage.

The room comfy and super clean.. got elevator make us easy to bring all the luggage to our room. Receptionist very friendly. Iron available outside the room. Will come again.

I have join the hkl city run on 1st may @ padang merdeka. So, this hotel is so perfect as it just few step from the race venue. Event start @ 7.30 but I can get out @ 7.15 because the hotel is too near! lrt masjid jamek also just 100m ahead. A lot of restaurant. The staff so considerable to let us check out 30 min late as we came from race near 12pm so that we can take a bath. Water heater work well. Aircond soo cold. Bed also comfortable. There is 2 elevator & 2 big mirror. Sogo, pertama complex is just walking distance.

Poor..dirty..bad..1st & last go there..very very not recommended.. you just have to add some amount to get the better room on the other hotel..please don't go at swiss hotel..better go to other hotel just in front swiss hotel if you want a budget hotel..swiss hotel very bad hotel I ever seen..but cant do anything because I already pay for 3 night..money not refundable..the hotel. Very different with the picture..i just give 1 star hotel..look like budget hotel..st*p*d! I lost mood to holiday.!!!!
