Nice to stay, relax our body and mind
- Family vacation
Small towel to start with, otherwise quiet okay.
- Business travel
Comfortable overall stay but breakfast was a huge let down, very limited choice and everything tasted bland (even the orange juice).
- Family vacation
Nice view from the room given.

WiFi always disconnect, please improve

Nice hotel for short stay. Breakfast was good but lack of choices.
- Family vacation
The swimming pool is slightly dirty, need to play water in bath tub. But it's a pleasant stay and the breakfast is good. Will come back again.
Returned stay, and will return again everytime I visit Batu Pahat.

Best hotel in Batu Pahat town
Check-in abit slow, only one staff assisting us. Please note that the hotel imposed a earlier check-in fees of RM128 for classic deluxe room. A notice of late check-out fees also found in the keycard holder & room desk (see attached picture) Room is very well maintained, no doubt if they classified as 4*. Wifi connection not stable, only available near the door / corridor. It will dissappear when you walk towards window or on bed. Breakfast was pretty good, like the lontong & nasi lemak. The Katerina Hotel is the best one in town, will go for it if back to Batu Pahat.

Worth the value
Had a night stay due to some visit in batu pahat. The room comes with three type of pillow, which is nice as i prefer hard pillow while wife prefer soft pillow. Surprisingly, the overall quality of room is higher than expected. For the breakfast, the meal is not bad. By considering the size of town and size of hotel, the quality is consider above average or more.

Extra tax without explain
Room is nice. Control tab is not good as they use black tape to cover the Bathroom light button. Staff is unfriendly. Firstly, As I asked to cut short from 3 nights to 2 nights due to my plan but no any help. Okay, it's my fault and i accepted. But Then still charge me for 3 nights staying Tourist Taxes although i said i was only stay 2 nights. Wasted me 10mns but nothing change as they look like police and fine my fault. In the end, there was no receipt for business trip. They also did not care what i want and just answer that Agoda will has that receipt. Something wrong with you and your staff.

Good for a night stay
Stayed in the classic twin room for a night while visiting relatives and I would say overall hotel was decent! Room was clean & spacious, comfortable beds and toilet has a bathtub that was alright. Breakfast spread was delicious! Checking in & out was smooth too. I would definitely recommend anyone who plans to stay in Batu Pahat for a night or 2.

Just 1 Night
The stay was decent. Hotel rooms had been refurbished but still could see that it's rather dated. Non-carpetted rooms for hygiene sake I think. But the flooring was freezing cold as a result Pros: 1. Clean and comfortable 2. Good choices of TV channels 3. Polite staffs (love it when housekeeping staffs greeted me with a smile when I walked past. Very unlike others who normally treated guests as invisible. Good job!) 4. Convenient location 5. Plenty of parking, but non-shaded in the vicinity of hotel compound. It rained when I was about to leave hence I waited it out Cons: 1. The soundproofing was horrible (I could hear it clearly when housekeeping entered the room upstairs and mopping the floor; when other room guests open and close their room doors around) 2. Room, corridor and lobby were quite dim. 3. Limited choices of tea and beverages 4. No room service available throughout the night- ended at 11pm. Couldn't make it for the free breakfast so no comment for it. And very happy with the pillows I specifically requested for. Thank you Will be coming back again in my next trip, with my own teabags and milo.
