As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. However, please note that our reception desk is open from 9:00am to 12:00am daily, should you need any assistance during your stay. If you require a late check-in after 12:00am, we do offer a self-check-in option. Please inform us in advance if you will be checking in late and we will provide you with the necessary instructions. If you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We are always happy to assist you. In addition, we will collect a Security Deposit of RM200 / Pet Deposit of RM200 (if available) before you check in with us and will refund to you when check out.

Highly not recommended to stay here again. 1. The price is not worth it, there is a deposit and extra fee for cleaning. 2. The environment is dirty and not maintained, there are puddles even in the elevator. 3. The old elevator access is always full in the morning, afternoon and evening. 4. The bed sheet smells of cigarettes like it has not been replaced. 5. The staff is rude and unfriendly when complained. 6. Often sent WA messages about rules and fees.

The blanket are not clean, the towels smelly, and the ceilings are dirty. It is possible to live but not very cost-effective

- bad room, gloomy, dirty, smelly, far from the picture. - dim and uncomfortable room. - booked a suite room for 1.2 million + 70 RM for cleaning service fee but the room I got was like a 2-star hotel with bad room decoration. - dirty bathroom + worn gray towels. Smelly sheets and bed covers. Smelly sofa. - arrived at the hotel charged a cleaning fee of 70 RM. - old and full elevator need to wait 30-1 hour. - the worst apartment during my stay in Malaysia. Those who intend to rent a room here, better find another one than regret it.

what i can say..the price is actually expensive..but i don't care because it looks beautiful..and i didn't know have an extra charge..he said it's in the terms..where do we want to notice..he said that the cleaning fee..but the time started to come into the dirty toilet wall..the tv doesn't work cause old version can't support apps yt netflix even if i use my own acc..it's okay lah first and last i book this hotel

It was a very GREAT experience to stay here. There are very helpful receptionist, 24 hours security guard, there is a convenient store down the apt, very near to Gurney plaza, gurney bay, gurney paragon mall. The room is clean and have complete facilities that we can use during our stay, such as washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing, microwave, oven, refrigerator, water heater. I was staying on 25th floor and the view from up there was really jaw dropping … recommend apt for you guys ♥.

• The price on traveloka exclude cleaning fee. Once you arrived at the hotel, you need to pay extra 70RM.• The receptionist very helpful! It was an old building, abit creepy and hm… I don't feel clean either. Thanks god theres sandal in the room.• Location xoxo, but they have lots of mini market and food. Love it! But traffic on morning and after work hours. So I would say xoxo… try to avoid traffic area to save your time, because it was very hard to find a grab on traffic area.• Room very spacious and double queen bed, it just not so clean and the vibes not comfy, but the room is well equipped. For one night stay I think its enough, but I think you could find other place with the same budget.

Room is very big, clean and look soo nice. Have sofa, kitchen cabinet & dining table. Try stay at 32nd floor becoz the view is superb, marvellous & can see all city of Georgetown.

Please fix the visitor elevator. The 40-story building only has 2 elevators operating so it's always full, making it difficult to get down.
