Hotel location is really strategic, in front of komtar. The bedroom is clean, spacious and love the view we have from our room. They have various menu for breakfast and it's all delicious.. We definitely will stay here again when we go back to penang!

One of the most longest check in hotel in the world, just for check in very long, staff name Saran make us waiting for check in so so long, bad service 😰

Had a pleasant stay, the room is big, clean & tidy, big bathroom with a bathtub separate shower. However the housekeeping service only available alternate day of staying. This hotel is located just opposite the Komtar and Pragin Mall.

Got a nice view. Room are spacious and facilities are great. Receptionists were professional and very welcoming, also got my late check-out at 2pm. It will be great if water dispenser provided at lobby for guests, as I found one at the hotel behind.
